Switzerland:

Parcels within Switzerland are sent up to 30kg with Swiss Post. You can find the corresponding tracking number in your customer account or you will receive it directly from Swiss Post by email/SMS. For very large 3D printers/products, a freight forwarder may be used. They will contact you directly about the delivery. Germany:

Parcels to Germany are cleared through Liechtensteinische Post and delivered by Deutsche Post. The package is already cleared through customs and you do not have to pay any further costs upon receipt. The package will be sent as a DDP package. Austria:

Parcels with a goods value of up to EUR150 are cleared through the Liechtenstein Post and then handed over to the Austrian Post for delivery. You can track the tracking number stored in your customer account at the Austrian post office: Post AG - PostAG

Parcels with a goods value of more than EUR 150 are sent with DHL Express as a DDP shipment. This means that you do not have to pay any additional fees when receiving these packages.
