L'ensemble d'engrenages de l'extrudeuse en acier trempé est un composant interne de l'unité d'extrusion en acier trempé. Il comprend un engrenage entraîné et un engrenage actif qui fonctionnent ensemble pour alimenter le filament dans le hotend.

Construit avec des matériaux robustes, l'ensemble d'engrenages de l'extrudeuse est conçu pour des performances durables. Cependant, si l'abrasion ou le colmatage se produit en raison d'une utilisation prolongée, l'ensemble d'engrenage de l'extrudeuse peut être facilement remplacé.

Grâce à ses engrenages en acier trempé, l'extrudeuse est capable d'imprimer avec des filaments techniques résistants comme le nylon en fibre de carbone et le nylon en fibre de verre.

* L'extrudeuse en acier inoxydable P1P peut être mise à niveau vers une extrudeuse en acier trempé en remplaçant simplement l'ensemble d'engrenage de l'extrudeuse.
